For First Time Riders
Please arrive at the Studio 15 minutes prior to the start of class. During this introductory period, we'll seat you on the bike and show you how to make adjustments for your height as well as instruct you on how to sit on the ball.
Your instructor will guide you once class begins. Use the weight ball and bands as able while keeping your bike's resistance level suitable for your individual ability. Remember that is is completely normal and natural to feel uncomfortable and/or uncoordinated during your first few rides. C
